The Transtector Power Telco Cabinet 1101-781-200MG is an outdoor enclosure designed to provide power distribution and surge protection for telecommunications equipment. This Transtector Power Telco Cabinet features an interlocked main breaker to safely transfer power between a utility source and a connected generator.
Dual-chamber design: The cabinet contains separate compartments for both AC power equipment and customer-installed communications (Telco) gear.
Interlocked main breakers: Two 200 amp main breakers with a face-mounted mechanical interlock prevent accidental back-feeding of the generator into the main power supply.
Built-in distribution panel: A 24-position, 200 amp Square D Type QO load center allows for internal power distribution.
Surge suppression: The cabinet includes Transtector AC surge suppressors in both the AC power and Telco chambers to protect equipment.
Generator inlet: The unit is equipped with a high-current generator inlet, either an Appleton AR20044RS or AR20033RS.
Auxiliary outlets: A 15A 125V GFCI convenience outlet is included, as well as a 15A single-pole breaker for the GFCI and a 20A double-pole breaker for the TVS.
Durable construction: The enclosure is made of heavy-gauge 5052-H32 aluminum with a powder-coat finish and a NEMA Type 3R rating, making it waterproof and suitable for outdoor installation.
